Before fabricating or manufacturing the required furniture, Research and Assessment is conducted to give the product the look according to the Designer’s needs and Client requirements; keeping in mind all the necessary comfort accordingly to the Area of Operation. The comfort of the seating on which Area it is intended to be used such as: Restaurant, Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, of which has a different level of seating comfort.
Our workmanship and dedication differ us on the market; from executing the projects until handing-over the product – in the said lead time, keeping in mind the quality and comfort.
In our Product, we use quality Pine Wood, Miranti-wood, Beech-wood (as per the specification from Designer or Client), MDF, Plywood; with High Density Foam with Siliconized or Non-Siliconized Polyester Fiber layer and quality thread for the Fabric/Leather/Vinyl; Seat or Back Rest with Elastic Webbing, Coil Spring, No-Sag spring whichever is required for the comfort and Area of Usage. We take utmost care for the Joints using Dowels, Corner Blocks, Tongue and Groove Joints with all necessary Glue and Screw to last for long.
Fabrication
All our products are fabricated in full supervision of our experts; who are very well experienced in their job and our craftsmen never live any loops during the manufacturing of the Item from scratch to its final stage. We very carefully integrate all the Wood, Steel, Foam, and required accessories to give the product a final shape as per the design and dimensions keeping in mind the durability strength and comfort, which pleases the end user.
Warranty
We are so confident in the quality of our sofas and chairs and all the upholstery product that we do not only guarantee all materials and construction for 2 years but also we provide a 3-year warranty on all our hardwood frames as standard. As we always select the Wood, Foam, Dacron and all related Raw material so carefully that the client should not face any problem after receiving the product from us. And we do take extreme precautions for our reputation which is the key element of our business.
Chair
Chair is not only to make four legs and back rest in exposed wood but to give an elegant and delicate look. To give it an enhanced visual, having the fine craftsmanship and fine final-line-touch, requires a lot of experience and artistic hand to create the final product. We are proud to have such an experienced team, with artistic-touch hands, who can deliver any shaped-and-sized chair of utmost comfort and proportion to sit and relax. In crafting a chair, the use solid wood like Beechwood, Ash wood, Oak Wood any exotic wood or veneer specified by the Designer / Client, with the right proportions of dimensions requires for the asked design, and joints with Tongue and Groove, Dowel pin and as required to make the joint using the right kind of Glue to it.
Throw Cushion & Pillow
We fabricate all kind of decorative cushion with different sizes and designs of different kinds of accessories: Bullion Fringe –Decorative Ropes; and Infills: Loose-Fiber or Down Feather; as required with high-end workmanship to give a presentable look to the Cushion, which normally Enhance the look of the seating Item or provide additional comfort to the user.
